Blocking & Reporting

• Can i block a Job seeker?

  
  When blocking a Job seeker they will not be able to contact you anymore and you them. 

  To block someone in our chat system:

  1st: Go to the chat 

  2nd: Go to the Job seeker you would like to block 

  3rd: At the top of the chat you can find (...) three dots

  4th: Click on them, then press block 

  5th: Choose the reason why you are blocking the person 

  
  

  If several people have blocked the same person we get notified and will either contact them or block them from out site. 

• How to delete a chat with a Job seeker?

  Deleting chats:

  1st: Go to the chat you would like to delete 

  2nd: Press on the (...) at the top of the chat 

  3rd: Press delete chat

• What can I do if a applicant never showed up to the interview?

  This situation is quite common, your candidate didn't show up to your interview. We advise you to remind the candidate a day before just in case. 

  You have the option to report this problem to do this:

  1st: Go to their profile 

  2nd: Click on Report 

  3rd: and explain the situation 

• My employer account has been blocked.

  If you can not log in to your account anymore you have most likely been blocked. This is because you went against our Terms of Service.
