• Can I block a recruiter?

  When blocking a recruiter they will not be able to contact you anymore and you them. 

  To block someone in our chat system:

  1st: Go to the chat 

  2nd: Go to the recruiter you would like to block 

  3rd: At the top of the chat you can find (...) three dots

  4th: Click on them, then press block 

  5th: Choose the reason why you are blocking the person 

  
  

  If several people have blocked the same person we get notified and will either contact them or block them from out site. 

• Can I delete a chat?

  Deleting chats:

  1st: Go to the chat you would like to delete 

  2nd: Press on the (...) at the top of the chat 

  3rd: Press delete chat

• Can recruiters see my personal details?

  Your personal details are hidden for recruiters, unless you applied to their job. 

  If you would like to have personal details from a recruiter und can request these via our chat system.
