About the Role
You will be accountable for delivering on trade targets and educating our valued customers on the best beauty products and routines. You will be an ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, The Beauty of Selling and be a go-to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches. With this knowledge, you will be key in sharing trainings with the wider team as well as the in store management team and our buying partners. You will oversee the stock operation for your category, closely collaborating with the operations team to achieve and maintain an accurate stock file at all times
In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary starting at £27,500 plus commission, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our restaurants) and a season ticket loan.
