Job Description

You will… 

  • Forecast Development: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create accurate forecasts for operational and strategic planning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, etc.) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Optimization: Implement new forecasting tools and processes, ensuring efficient product lifecycle management and optimized inventory.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Present forecast figures to top management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • International Coordination: Align with international teams, including S&OP, to ensure consistent planning.

We are looking for… 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding in demand and supply planning processes and techniques and have some experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. You must also be able to demonstrate a team-orientated approach in addition to the following: 

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Business orientation and ability to communicate with senior management stakeholders.
  • Ability to work proactively and prioritize efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives and drive actions. 
  • Working experience with forecasting and modeling techniques is a plus. 
  • IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
