You will…
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with one of our biggest clients in the Nordics, managing a multi-country business plan
- Develop plan, KPI’s and goals
- Define and implement go-to-market strategy and launches with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales)
- Develop a customer centric business plan; turn shopper insights into business opportunities
- Lead the brand and campaign activation
- Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to make sure we will keep our position as their preferred partner in our categories.
- Animate and develop the Jr KAM H&M
You are…
- Experienced from a siliar role with 2-4 years’ experience (preferably from a similar industry)
- A strong negotiator and communicator as well as a proven self-starter with strong analytical skills combined with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set
- Fact based, analytical and have complex problem-solving skills
- Skilled at creating presentations that will involve and engage your audience
- Thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and have the ability to build connections & a network in a complex matrix organization
- Hands-on and pro-active with a result-driven mindset
- Fluent in Swedish and English
