Social Media Executive and Content Creator

Our client is eager to connect with new audiences and engage our

existing base through thoughtful and compelling social media

initiatives. We’re seeking a social media genie to help us expand our

digital footprint, maximizing customer engagement across all our social

communications, helping us accomplish our overall business goals year

on year.

Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and

executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand

awareness, drive audience growth, and generate leads for all its business divisions.

This role requires a creative and results-oriented individual with a strong

understanding of social media platforms and best practice.

services to the fashion and advertising industries including television

and film, and has earned an excellent pedigree over many years based

on high standards and attention to detail.

Objectives of this role

Become an integral part of the team working closely with colleagues to;

• Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives

• Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output which

you can clearly identify

• Align our brand with new and emerging trends and give expert assistance in

gaining new insights

• Improve ROI through more consistent on-target messaging

• Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction

• Utilise data insights to inform future social media strategies

• Amplify the company ethos, values, community and services internally and

externally

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content calendars across all relevant platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linked In, Vimeo, X)

• Generate high-quality, informed, intelligent, visually appealing content,

including photography, videos, short-form content, and engaging captions

• Develop and design social media campaigns in collaboration with the

management and booking teams

• Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing

customers, and acquire new ones

• Represent the brand consistently and authentically across all social

media platforms

• Analise the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement

suggestions

• Stay up to date with new and emerging trends, best practices and

competitors to keep the social media presence consistently relevant

• Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools

(Google Analytics, social media dashboards).

• Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social

campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations

Skills and qualifications

• experience in a similar role with 2+

years relevant experience in social media marketing or a related field

• Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms and

scheduling tools

• Ability to work with initiative independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities

• Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure

• Clear, confident communication abilities

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

• Effective time-management skills

Preferred qualifications

• Passion for the fashion/modelling and the tv / film industries

• Experience in photo and video editing software

• Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies

• Strong graphic design skills

• Good knowledge in computing, database and email software

• Knowledge of the wider digital marketing landscape and capable with

database query languages such as SQL and SEO
